I was looking for a house, but I found a friend. Yes, because house hunting is a very stressful process for everyone, and I always believe you need to turn to professionals if you want things done right. I found Kiron by pure chance, and luckily I happened upon Lorenzo Limardo as a broker. Believe me when I tell you, he was there from day zero: from when I didn't yet qualify for a mortgage, to when he took me on, to when he came with me to make various purchase offers, then assisting me through everything for a year and a half because I couldn't find the right house. I could never have managed the entire process so quickly on my own; having a broker is vital for those who work long hours, need a specific mortgage, or simply need a professional to look after them. There's no point in talking about his availability and professionalism, because there wouldn't be enough space here to describe them. But I do want to say one thing: he truly supported me and put up with me even during the most tense moments, from the bank's preliminary approval to the appraiser's arrival, through a few offers that fell through due to the sellers' fault, all the way up to the purchase of my first home. Once I found the house, from acceptance of the offer to the deed took only 1 month and 10 days! And there were the Christmas holidays in between! It always felt like I was talking to a friend, because his advice wasn't just aimed at closing the deal, but at helping me make a smart choice. That's why I wouldn't recommend anyone else but him.
