We decided to contact this firm based on the reviews!. So far the experience is less than satisfactory. I called yesterday, if you select English it asked you to leave a message. I called back and reached a person. I called from Milan expecting to reach someone in Milan ( or at least Italy) the person that answered the phone had a strong American accent and could have been based in the US. I explained that I wanted to speak to someone in Milan, there was noone avaialble - no secretary ?! Nooone. It was 14.30.. approx. I asked for a call back as soon as possible. After two days no call back... wow!!!! Update 28.5.28 - after reading the reply below from your company - still noone has called back after 1 week. Clearly your system is not so efficient. The number was given and read back to us to confirm. Noone has contacted us!

We had the help of Marco to get our code fiscale. The whole process was very easy and quick, we submitted the request friday afternoon and had the codes already the following tuesday. Highly recommend when you can't or if you don't want to deal with the process yourself.

He followed up with detailed meeting notes that left no room for misunderstanding. We then worked closely with his colleague, Douglas Berti D’Agostini, who was our main point of contact. We exchanged many emails regarding the various steps to complete. Douglas was consistently helpful, quick to respond, and precise in explaining where to obtain documents and how long each stage would take. We managed everything remotely via email and a single interactive WhatsApp session. Douglas submitted our applications on our behalf. A week later, mine was initially rejected due to an error on the part of the authorities, while my wife’s—despite being an identical case—was accepted. Different clerks, different interpretations of the law. Douglas immediately intervened, clarified the mistake with the authorities, and my application has now been accepted as well. (To be clear, this refers to the acceptance of the application, not the granting of citizenship itself, which is a longer process.) This long account is meant to highlight that, although I am generally competent with administrative and legal matters, comfortable with online procedures, and confident in my Italian, SLM’s support made a significant difference. Their assistance was well worth the cost. I warmly recommend them.

We had an online consultation with Antonio Cammarano. He answered some very important questions regarding our upcoming move to Italy. This was followed up with our application for the codice fiscale that was handled wonderfully by Marco Chiviri. He handled things smoothly and in a very timely manner, keeping us posted at every stage oof the process.
