He doesn't deign to respond to a request for an inspection for work to be done. Never again.
I'm sorry to have to give a negative review, but unfortunately my experience hasn't even begun because the man I need to contact for a simple estimate is practically unavailable. It took a month to inspect the site to get an estimate, and he never came to see the work; we haven't even been able to schedule a date. He doesn't answer his phone, he doesn't respond to messages, he says he'll call you back, and then doesn't. He might be good if you manage to get a job with him, but communication definitely needs improvement. Perhaps it's better to post fewer videos on Instagram and focus more on the people who ask to work with this company.
I contacted them without knowing anything about them and was very satisfied with their work and the attention to detail they put into fulfilling every request. I highly recommend them. Excellent staff.
