⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ (4 stars) I contacted the company on a Saturday evening regarding two small wasp nests in outdoor utility spaces. They were immediately available and very clear: they could have also intervened on Sunday (with a surcharge for the holiday), but I preferred to schedule an early Monday morning. The operator arrived promptly at 7:00 a.m., was discreet, polite, and resolved the issue in just a few minutes. The intervention was simple but effective: two days later, no active wasps. The price is normal for this type of service, but it's still expensive, and this impacted my overall rating. For this reason alone, I didn't give it five stars. Overall, a reliable, fast service that lives up to its promise.
