Terrible service and a complete lack of professionalism and reliability from the owner, Mr. Arcangelo. After more than two months without resolving our problem (a wasp nest inside a dormer window), having carried out a series of completely useless repairs, always hours late compared to the scheduled appointments (it seems Mr. Arcangelo's car has systematic battery problems!), this morning Mr. Arcangelo was finally supposed to remove the wasp nest with the help of a builder (who we had hired at his request and paid for). However, Mr. Arcangelo didn't show up and made himself unreachable. We conclude that he's incapable of doing the job; he's undoubtedly been fooling us for months.

They were available to respond promptly and professionally. They inspected the apartment and paid special attention to our needs (we have two pet rodents, and we were able to find a solution without having to move them for the service). Knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommended.

I contacted them regarding a pigeon problem on two balconies in the apartment I'm about to move into. An initial free inspection reassured me and helped define the nature of the work, which was subsequently carried out with great care and dedication. They also advised against installing additional deterrents, as the cost (in aesthetic terms)/benefit ratio would have been very high. A couple of mix-ups on the day of the work were resolved to my satisfaction. I also appreciated the request for an update on the situation a few days after the work.

Impeccable service, he came out just a few hours after my call... when others gave me an appointment a week later. He fixed a large hornet's nest inside my dumpster... the expertise and reliability of a true professional... the price was truly competitive compared to many others, and what's more, a further discount was offered upon completion.
