Very positive experience. I contacted them for an emergency on a Saturday and they were immediately available and prompt. The roller shutter replacement was performed expertly by competent, precise, and very professional staff. They worked in an orderly and discreet manner, leaving everything spotlessly clean. It's rare to find such efficient service: highly recommended!
I had a toilet leak and initially contacted the plumber via WhatsApp. He was very helpful and professional from the start: he asked for photos/videos of the problem and gave me a clear estimate, which was met to the last penny, with no surprises. The service was quick, punctual, and effective. He worked meticulously, leaving everything clean and explaining the source of the leak. It's rare to find such serious, transparent, and reliable professionals in Milan. He also noticed there was a problem with the front door handle and immediately fixed it without me even asking. Highly recommended; I'll definitely contact him again if needed!
