Very, very bad experience. This agency helped a landlord increase his rent by 196% by canceling my reservation made 7 months earlier at the old price. These people should not agree to work with greedy landlords. Answer: normal you can't find me, I was cancelled. But you should not work with a landlord who is not honnest. You're benefiting from the dirty trick he played on me... not cool
