Worst agency I ever met, I’ve already spoken with you, and this isn’t all about the contract.

Absolutely scam agency, especially if you are student they will exploit you. They make unethical clauses in their contract that do not allow you to leave in the summer so that you have to pay summer rent even if you have to leave the apartment before. You will be paying twice as much rent than the people in the same building or for me in the same apartment even, just because you enter at a popular time and they know they can exploit you. Beware they never answer anything straight once you are already there. Read the contract very carefully because they write things as you have to repaint the room when you leave otherwise they’ll cut 600 euros from your deposit just to say they have to repaint a 18sqm room. Absolute no good faith communication when you leave the apartment only so that they could cut money from your deposit later. INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS IN MILAN, PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.
