Starting this review with an adjective: AMAZING!!! Native Dane and Brit who has lived in London, Paris, NYC and now Milan this is by far the best estate agency we have ever worked with. As foreigners not speaking Italian we also had a lot of bureaucratic things that we were struggling with, but at every step of the way Pietro and Michael were there to help and advise going above and beyond. Purchasing and maintaining a property in Italy can be a rewarding, but somewhat complex for an American, like me. Studio Immobiliare Adigrat originally assisted me with the purchase of a vacation property in Bologna in 2016. They are well-versed in the buying process in Italy for which an American citizen must go through, and they guided me in every step of the way. They even connected me with attorneys, banks, and notaries - all of this without me having to be in Italy.
