Since then, they have impeccably managed my two apartments in the city, finding good tenants, renewing leases, helping in resolving issues. As an expat, I had to deal with so many unknown things and bureaucratic procedures during my search for finding a good house and settling in but Cristina and her colleague, Elena, were always ready to offer help and they made things go so smoothly. We are grateful for the contact and consultation. But there is one thing, but you should remember this, if you do not have a working contract in Italy, then it is almost not possible to rent an apartment at all. There is only one possibility, to have 20k to immediately make an annual deposit, pay for the first three months in advance, and pay for an agency fee 20%. Are you ready for it? Even if you are ready for it, then the owner of an apartment wouldn't be ready to lease you an apartment. Free consultation from me to you guys!
