I was given an appointment to view a property, and after 20 minutes of waiting for an agent, my partner and I discovered upon our call that they had forgotten to notify us and that the viewing would be cancelled. We were told they would call us back shortly to reschedule the viewing, but we never received a call. Mistakes happen to everyone, but if they don't try to make amends, it's a sign of poor professionalism.
