We had a very negative experience, particularly with Maurizio Sala. We rented an apartment from a landlady who, at the end of the contract, claimed that the apartment had been painted when we moved in, which was untrue. We have a video recording where we were given the choice whether or not to paint the apartment; we said no. There are also videos and photos that clearly show the state of the apartment, which hadn't been repainted at all. All of this had been agreed upon with Maurizio Sala, with extensive email correspondence. Despite this, we had to argue with the landlady for a week, while Maurizio Sala was present and said absolutely nothing, not even after we presented him with the evidence. Furthermore, much of the information he had provided about the apartment during the initial viewing was incorrect, such as regarding the furniture that would be left behind. They also tried to make us pay for the entire repainting of the apartment. The agent's work was terrible, truly very disappointing.
