As a first-time renter from abroad, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Beatrice and Laura helped me with everything from start to finish and were incredibly kind and patient throughout the entire process. Everything moved quickly and smoothly, and even settling in, they were still available to help with any questions or issues. Truly excellent service and I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Renters & landlords BEWARE! We thought this agency was good until we discovered what they did ... six (6) years after moving into our apartment. Lombardi broke Italian Law 392/1978 by requesting and accepting an undocumented, under the table, out of contract, ILLEGAL, six (6) month security deposit on behalf of the landlord ... AFTER the contract was registered. We had no idea about this security deposit law and Lombardi NEVER explained it to us when renting the apartment ... nor did they abide by it ... nor did they act on our behalf or protect us, as our real estate agent in the transaction. Unfortunately, they represented BOTH us and the landlord, but only worked for the landlord ... very one sided. We actually paid them a 20% fee for nothing ... and now we have to sue BOTH of them to get the ridiculously high 20% agency fee we paid for nothing ... and to get the undocumented, under the table, out of contract, ILLEGAL, six (6) month security deposit back. We will also report Lombardi to the Guardia di Finanza and Agenzia Entrate to be investigated for this ILLEGAL activity. NEVER use this agency ... they will do anything for the landlord to get paid, but also put the landlord in a terrible legal position by acting against the law. When we contacted Rodolfo Lombardi about his unlawful behavior and breach of his duty to represent us for the facilitating of the undocumented, ILLEGAL, six (6) month security deposit, he shrugged it off and asked us not to contact him about it ... absolutely disgusting. Seems that 20% fee is worth more to Lombardi than the negative review here ... and the lawsuit coming his way for fraud, negligence, breach of duty and violation of Italian Law 392/1978 ... not to mention the regulatory agencies investigating this ILLEGAL activity and to discover how many other undocumented, under the table, ILLEGAL security deposits he has facilitated. As our real estate agent, Lombardi NEVER advised us of the legal limit for security deposits, NEVER advised us against paying an ILLEGAL security deposit and NEVER even tried to abide by this law ... a law that has been in existence since 1978 and that Lombardi has known since 1987. Renters & landlords BEWARE!
