If it were possible to give a rating lower than 10 stars, I would give it without hesitation. In the 12 years I've lived in Milan, I've never had a similar experience with the agency. I had to wait three weeks to get my deposit refunded. However, the agency responded inappropriately and rudely, sometimes not even replying to my messages, the manager constantly ignored me, and the girl in charge laughed in my face. If you're looking for an apartment, it's better to give the percentage to anyone else, considering I've been dealing with them for over a year; I know what I'm talking about. I wish someone would have told me this before trusting them, but I didn't have that opportunity.

We used Real Estate Milano to find accommodation for our daughter who attended university in Milan. Throughout the process Mr. Mirko has been extremely helpful and made himself available even after hours or during weekends to resolve issues and assist our daughter. We would definitely recommend this agency.

i rented an apartment through them. based on my experience. they tried to overprice tons of stuff like painting and replacing the stove when i moved out so i had to find my own techs to do it at a much lower price. they also would constantly reply late to emails. they even sent me the wrong bills before and asked me if they can view the apartment when i had alrady moved out. very disorganized and unprofessional. beware of renting a property with them.
