I had a very nice renting experience with Neja, she is so nice and professional. Renting Milan takes care of every detail, and most of the properties are all in good condition. My friend and I finally got a great apartment to settle down, which is a difficult task as international students. But Neja speaks English so we don’t have any problems in communication!! The agency fee is even more affordable than other agencies. Anyway I recommend them pretty much, I’ll definitely ask them if I need a new apartment in the future.

I am SO happy that we found Renting Milan and that we worked with Neja to find our first home in Milan. With their help, we were moved in to our apartment less than two weeks after landing in Milan from New York City, and now that we have had a few days to settle in to the new apartment, we could not be happier with the outcome. Neja showed us several properties, and we ended up with three options where we could have been very happy that we just had to decide between based on our personal priorities. Renting Milan not only identified and vetted these places, they took care of negotiating the quick move-in date and ensuring all of the paperwork was completed without delay. It was also invaluable to have a knowledgeable team on our side to deal with all of the complicated and detailed bureaucracy and administrivia of the rental process, registering our address, putting utilities in our name, and more. My advice, especially to those moving to Milan from abroad, is: you don't have to do it alone! Rely on a team that is with you every step of the way, and ensure that you find a home that is your sanctuary. That is what Renting Milan provided for us overall - trust and peace of mind in the city and the apartment that now call Home.
