GLM Security - Alarm, Burglar Alarm and Video Surveillance Systems

Ladies and gentlemen, if you want to spend exorbitant amounts on something that doesn't even work when you need it, then this is the right alarm to install! I was a customer with my parents 10 years ago. Never had a single complaint. Always excellent performance, and never a single complaint in 10 years of use. At the time, the same amount of money was €3,000 for a kit in a house with sensors three times more than what I currently have in my home. I trusted a studio apartment with three windows, three sensors, a volumetric sensor, plus the control panel, €3,000. I'll get my money back in 10 years!!! Money thrown away. Nothing ever works. You never own the system. You have to go to them for everything. If you don't pay the subscription, after two years, goodbye. The control panel always fails to connect to the app! I was reckless, and I'm back after installing this system in my home! I worked for an electrical company, making alarms. I guarantee you there are 100 times better options at 1/3 the price, without the hassle of dependency on them or battery maintenance costs, etc. Forget it, there are better options.

Let's start from the beginning. I've been an inherited customer for 3 years, inherited in the sense that I bought a house with a nice alarm system installed by them about 10-8 years ago. As soon as I moved in, I immediately called and was very kind and professional, and was given an appointment with a technician to rename, check, and maintain the so-called system. The technician was also very thorough and kind, explaining everything to us in detail. No problems, and everything is 100% functional. Now, in November 2023, I'm talking to my wife and explaining that our friends at GLM have a new smart control panel, and we're considering replacing it... I called and answered immediately, setting up an appointment at a time that's most convenient for me. The salesperson explained exactly what the new control panel is capable of, and, furthermore, since I wanted to add devices, he recommended the most effective solutions. The quote was signed on the spot, at a super-convenient price, and with a 50% tax deduction. I received a call the next day for an appointment with the technician to carry out the work. The installation day arrived, and the super-punctual and highly capable technician installed the new equipment and the brand-new control panel (a sight to behold). He ran test runs and calmly explained everything to me, letting me try out everything firsthand in his presence. WOW!!! I highly recommend chatting with the salesperson, who is super friendly and very kind. You won't regret it! THANK YOU! I'm no longer an inherited customer. Now I'm a loyal customer!

Very positive experience. I recently installed an alarm system and am very satisfied. I'd like to start by saying that I was coming from Verisure and was looking for something similar, and with them I found what I was looking for. In fact, I improved both the system and the budget. Gianluca, who handled the sales side, explained everything to me. He was very professional in presenting and explaining the product and always available to answer any questions. A very positive experience. They were very quick to contact me after my request, to conduct the inspection, and to provide a quote. Gianluca fulfilled all our requests, not all of them trivial, regarding the system's aesthetics and functionality. The technician who performed the installation was friendly and competent, demonstrating all the various operating modes. The entire administrative and operations center staff were also very kind and efficient. Compared to other (and much-publicized) solutions, the system, although more expensive, is proprietary and has a very low subscription fee (which helps offset the higher initial cost). Furthermore, the system can also function without requiring a connection to the operations center. The remote control app is very simple but comprehensive, and I've never encountered a downtime in over a year. I definitely recommend contacting them if you're looking for a burglar alarm system.
