Blu Window Milano

Excellent experience, I replaced windows, shutters, and mosquito nets. I appreciated Paolo's professionalism, the deadlines he met (which were quite tight), and his technical expertise. He explained the features of the windows and doors very clearly and thoroughly. I also had a very positive experience with Marian and his team during installation. One last important note: during installation, there was a small issue with one of the shutters, which was resolved in record time, within a week. Highly recommended

We contacted Blu Window at the end of January. The sales and technical consultant, Paolo, proved to be helpful and competent. We had started with the sole intention of replacing the window frames. We also replaced the shutters and the security door. Renato took the measurements with millimeter precision. On Wednesday, Renato and his team came to install everything. A truly skilled team. Tireless workers who executed everything perfectly, working in a clean and orderly manner. They did everything in two and a half days—truly excellent. I had told Paolo in January: "If you work well, we'll ask for more," and Paolo replied, "AS WE DO, we'll ask for more!" Well, since we're at the "AS WE DO," I told Paolo to be ready, because we'll ask for their invaluable support for more. Blu Window is a guarantee of quality!

Beautiful... nothing to add, Paolo followed us from the contract to the assembly almost a month early, and congratulations also to Renato and his boys for the impeccable work and care in dismantling and assembling the windows... my house has completely changed aesthetics, after my parents also decided to have new ones!!! Thank you very much

I'm especially keen to share with you all my pleasant experience with Blu Window, especially with Paolo, Renato, and their excellent team!!! After several quotes from local and non-local companies, I finally opted for Blu Window and Paolo!!! Because he's the one who impressed me first and foremost with his profound knowledge and passion for his work!!! I assure you, I'm super meticulous and dot the i's. I'm very cautious, let's just say I'm not easy to convince. Yet Paolo managed to impress me because I saw in him not only a super professional and knowledgeable salesperson, but also someone who knew how to listen, who understood you, and who tried in every way to find the best solution for me and my needs. His promises were true, and he followed me step by step, and he will continue to follow me, because after installing the shutters today (by the way, delivery and installation times were super respected 😉) and the result was super excellent, I'm happy, and so is my cat!!! In September, I'll have all my window frames done by them too!! I highly recommend this company because it's a serious company and they keep their word! And I think trust is the most important card to play! Thanks again!

Among various quotes for replacing our old windows and installing a new mosquito net in the bedroom, we chose Blu Window because the salesman, Paolo, was truly convincing and competitive in terms of pricing. His detailed, precise, and easy-to-understand explanations were clear. He was very confident in the product he was presenting to us, and he gave real, practical demonstrations not only of the materials but also of how the installation would be done and the reasons for certain choices over others! He completely convinced us! Very skilled and professional, he even guided us through the paperwork. Renato's team, who took the measurements and installed the windows, was made up of truly professional, friendly, and polite people who completed the job cleanly, precisely, and on time. We highly recommend them! We were very satisfied. The windows and doors matched the descriptions Paolo promised, and the installation was done to perfection. They are truly professionals. Our home is now warmer, more aesthetically pleasing, and even more energy efficient! Thanks to all the staff!
