Courtesy, SPEED, and professionalism Truly wonderful people, hard to find these days. I contacted them for a repair, and they will definitely be my go-to guy for the future. I highly recommend them, truly impeccable.

Highly professional, and absolutely not lucrative. Luca gave me excellent advice to follow over the phone, preventing me from wasting money on my Whirlpool refrigerator. Those who complain about the €40 expense simply do so because they don't know the law on call charges and believe people come to their homes for free. Anyone who wants a free home damage assessment should learn to fix it themselves!

€40 wasted, terrible experience with this company. They sent a technician to my house who had absolutely no idea what to do with my Beko dryer. He mumbled something about the circuit board, then a gas leak, telling me he'd call me for a quote. I had to call two days in a row to get a quote, only to be told the "technician" who came to my house was telling me something completely different. I'm sorry to say this, but in reality, it's better for them to fail; they're completely uncustomer-oriented and have no qualms about lying.
