I've made two purchases from this shop. The first went well and I purchased the right product on my own. The second time, I should have bought the same product again, so I asked the company directly on WhatsApp for advice on a finish. They directed me to a different product, which completely ruined my job, and they made me buy a surplus wood stain that was useless. It was a terrible experience that caused me a lot of problems. If you need a specific product and find it on your own, go ahead, but don't ask them for advice because they clearly don't even know what they're selling.
I'm giving it one star because it's the lowest I can get. I ordered the 7-spotlight flower from this store, which they present in their videos as being perfectly finished. It took over a month to receive it. I paid €200 for the product. I'm going to pick it up, and it's my mistake not to have unwrapped it. Once I unpacked it, I was shocked, and not only that, I actually had to buy the filler to finish and paint it. The product's defects are clear from the photos. Highly not recommended. Don't trust the videos posted.
Very professional and courteous With a wide range of products
This morning I purchased three slim wave ceilings. In addition to the absolutely affordable price, they were incredibly easy to install. I must say I dealt with very knowledgeable and humble people in the industry. I will definitely be back after the holidays to purchase more materials. 100% reliable. Recommended.
