A two-faced company. On one hand, the professionalism of its sales and assembly staff; on the other, production and customer management that to call amateurish is a compliment. The final rating is 2 stars because reliability isn't an option that can be adjusted from department to department. If you don't know how to manage logistics and respect those who've already paid you, you shouldn't be in business. Doors: 4 stars for good quality Consultancy and assembly: 4/5 stars, serious professionals Customer management and deadlines: 0 stars, nonexistent and disrespectful The final outcome is unfortunately negative. Buying here means accepting the risk of becoming the project manager for their internal problems. Carefully evaluate whether your lost time is worth the savings or the quality of the product. A 6-month ordeal.

I've decided to leave this final review after months of problems and unanswered resolution attempts. My experience with this company isn't just about a delay or a defective product, but above all about the complete lack of after-sales service and customer service. The order was placed on January 3rd, with the urgency and time constraints immediately being emphasized. After weeks without any clear updates, we received confirmation of the pickup date for March 27th, with numerous confirmation calls received even the day before. However, on the morning of the pickup, we were contacted to inform us that it was no longer possible to collect the item, despite the expense and organization already incurred. We sent two certified emails to clarify the inconvenience, but received no response. We subsequently collected the doors, having been repeatedly asked to inspect the product, but were denied, as the response was that the product undergoes quality control after production. Upon assembly, performed by an external company, two defects were found: a chip on one door and a broken, unfittable frame. The installer himself confirmed several times that the packaging was intact when opened. Initially, the damaged product was supposed to be taken to Naples by the installer himself, but was unable to do so because it was custom-made and did not fit into the Y-pipe. The installer himself pointed out that the frame was missing the missing piece in the packaging, a clear sign that it had been left the factory that way. The chipped door was present on the corner covered by their blue double corner covers. From that moment on, a continuous deflecting of responsibility began, without any real desire to find a concrete solution to the problem. Multiple certified emails were sent, including communications through a lawyer, without receiving a response. I would like to thank Mr. Luigi, the person in charge of assembly, who proved professional, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process. What struck me most was the complete lack of customer service after the purchase. Renovations require financial sacrifice, stress, organization, and time, and I believe a company should understand the importance of providing after-sales support, especially when problems arise. I therefore urge anyone considering placing an order with this company to carefully evaluate not only the product, but also the post-purchase support, because it is precisely by addressing problems that a company's reliability is measured. This review represents exclusively my personal experience and my right to criticize based on actual events.

TOP WORKERS!! I want to say a few words about Raffaele and Antonio's professionalism. Precise, clean, and careful to avoid leaving any damaged or dirty walls. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. When you buy doors from Navarra, ask them for installation! 100% SATISFIED

The two stars reveal the profound dissatisfaction, starting with the organization of this "large" company. For starters, the "sell" immediate delivery starts at 40 days, if you're lucky. Then, after several calls, we finally paid a 50% deposit on September 20th. They called us to pay for EVERYTHING on November 18th and told us they'd deliver on December 10th. At 6 PM, they called to say they couldn't deliver. They were so polite they didn't even know what it was. I can imagine how nervous they were because I took days off work... to no avail. Finally, after several angry calls to both the San Salvatore Telesino and Via Stadera offices, they pardoned us, saying they'd deliver on December 15th. At 5:30 PM on the 15th, no one was there, and I told them they could deliver until 9 PM. Well, no one showed up, not even at midnight. On the morning of the 16th, the fitters who were near our address called us (the only happy note in the whole thing). After more phone calls, who knows how the couriers arrived with the doors (with their manufacturing defects, I've attached photos) that I didn't even mention, just thinking about having to deal with them again (employees who don't even tell you their names). We can only thank the Simeone brothers, who installed the doors beautifully and with absolute kindness, courtesy, and professionalism. As for the rest... be wary, one says one thing, another says yet another. 👎🏽
