This review is for the benefit of anyone considering replacing doors or windows. You should know that Top Door is a Fossati partner, one of the best in Italy, and their installation team is capable of performing extremely precise installations in a reasonable amount of time. Sandro, the owner, and Francesco, the team leader, are fantastic. I saved thousands of euros on the same materials and truly excellent installation.

Very negative review for the owner of "Topdoor": My experience with the owner of "Topdoor" was absolutely disastrous. I purchased windows and doors worth €10,000 from them, hoping to receive high-quality service. Unfortunately, what I received was anything but satisfactory. Just a few hours after installation, I noticed that two locks out of four doors were broken. I immediately contacted the owner to request service and have the damage repaired, but unfortunately, this was only the beginning of a long and frustrating journey. Despite numerous reminders and repeated promises of assistance from the owner, two months have passed and still nothing has been done to resolve the broken locks. I had to take matters into my own hands and decided to purchase the damaged locks and install them myself. The most incredible thing about this whole situation is that the cost of purchasing the new locks was ridiculously low, just €24, a negligible price compared to the considerable sum I spent on the entire supply. It's unacceptable that a company that claims to be an expert in windows and doors is unable to solve such a simple and inexpensive problem. In conclusion, my experience with the owner of "Topdoor" was disappointing in every way. I strongly advise against using them for any window and door needs, as they don't offer reliable service and don't keep their promises. It was a complete waste of time and money.
Terrible experience. He installed a window, selling it for top-of-the-line, but it won't close because it's defective. Furthermore, he refuses to come and fix it because he doesn't have staff during the summer, underestimating the serious problem.
