Grabbed a day pass at Agorà while travelling and had a great lifting session. Plenty of machines and free weights. The gym vibe was great.

50€ for a month, friendly atmosphere, enough equipment to train well.
they are asking for a 20€ medical consultation on top of it which is really not necessary.

Amazing gym, went twice since I was visiting Naples. Very friendly staff at the entry, gave me a padlock to lock up my stuff. All equipment that you‘d be needing for a solid workout. Shower I think you need to have a membership card to activate. Day Pass is 10€

I liked the gym.
Well equipped.
I read a review before going saying someone got refused entry without a towel and ‘gym shoes’. Completely not the case. In fact I didn’t get more than 2 words from the girl at the front desk.
Don’t expect a warm welcome or a spotlessly clean gym but I like that. I had 2 really good sessions.

I’ve been training at this gym for a year. After the holidays, they couldn’t find my data in the system, claiming my 1-year subscription expired, and my records were unavailable, very unprofessional.

When I asked to resubscribe, they asked both the subscription fee and monthly payment again. As I was about to pay, they suddenly requested a new medical certificate.

This rule makes no sense. If I was fit for 364 days, why unfit on the 365th? Their physician was on holiday until September, and they refused to let me pay or train, even when I offered to provide the certificate later.
The worst part? If I pay €10 for a **daily pass**, no medical certificate is needed. So according to them, I’m "medically unfit" for a membership but perfectly fine for a day pass? What kind of rule is this?
As a foreign student, getting a doctor’s appointment takes weeks. But yet I tried with the help of my Erasmus colleagues, however the earliest possible appointment is weeks later. The gym literally showed zero flexibility despite me being a client for a year.

Ethically & morally, this was unfair & very disappointing.

If they enforce strict rules, they must ensure their physician is always available. However, they should also be aware of how to treat regular clients. I was not there for the 1st time.

Ratings:
Gym: ★★★ (3.5/5) – Small with limited equipment but ok for basics.
Staff: ★★★ (3/5)
Environment: ★★★ (3/5) – Too hot in summer
This experience: 0/5, disappointing and unreasonable.
