Reading the other reviews, I'm shocked that it's the same agency that (didn't) assist us. My partner and I had a terrible experience. We found a property we were interested in before the 2025 Christmas holidays, we visited twice between December and January, and finally, on January 30th, we went to make our offer, asking Mr. Antonio to suggest a starting price. We signed the contract, also writing down the check number with the amount to secure the deal, but we forgot to leave it at the agency. The next day, Mr. Antonio sent a text message saying, "You forgot to leave me the check, don't worry, bring it to me LATER." Following this message, due to our oversight, a week passed before we handed over the check, but Antonio didn't even have the foresight to text us to tell us that without the check, they wouldn't move forward, which is why the first week wasted. He then asked us to extend the negotiation period from 15 to 25 days, since the owners had to simultaneously sell the apartment and buy one for themselves (this information hadn't been given to us previously). We agreed, thinking that over these additional days they would gradually update us. That wasn't the case. On the 25th day, we called him to ask for information and were told we'd be called back in about an hour. That wasn't the case. On the 26th day, we went to pick up the check and only then learned that the woman hadn't accepted our offer. But if we hadn't gone to find out, we'd still be waiting by now. SHAMEFUL.
