A very satisfying experience. They took care of preventive cleaning of the kitchen and floors in my restaurant, and I have to say that now I only use them for my house, too. They are punctual, available, and super efficient! Excellent quality/price ratio.
Bad experience. I spent €450 for a very mediocre result. I cleaned a new floor with a shiny finish, full of streaks and material still stuck to the floor after the first wash. The fixtures were dirty with paint and silicone, and dust was everywhere. I called them back to explain the problem. Once the job was finished (they said it was finished), they came back and did the treatment again, and as if by magic, instead of removing the streaks, more streaks appeared... so many that they dulled the mirror-like effect of the floor. I pointed out that the fixtures were still as dirty as they were when they started, and they told me they'd clean the floor after cleaning. The floor ended up full of streaks with material still stuck to it, and the fixtures were dirty with sanding dust still where it was before they arrived. Moral of the story: I wasted €450 more, and now I'm left with a newly installed floor full of streaks!
The staff were efficient, courteous, and meticulous. I'm satisfied with the work they did. I highly recommend this company for cleaning and sanitization work.
