Terrible experience. After inspecting an air conditioner, the two technicians who arrived told me there was a problem that needed fixing, but I didn't need to replace it because it was efficient. I complimented the two technicians on their professionalism. The price they asked for was significant, but I accepted, thinking I didn't need to buy an air conditioner anyway. A few hours after the repair, the air conditioner wasn't working. When I called the two technicians back, they told me I needed to buy a new one. So I had to look elsewhere, and in the process, I lost a significant amount of money.
I contacted this company for information on purchasing a boiler. Although they couldn't directly meet my needs, they gave me excellent technical advice and suggested a couple of dealers I could contact. I spoke with Antonio, and he was extremely helpful. Excellent!

He gives you advice and then takes care of everything, including product delivery. They are serious professionals, very competent, reliable, fast, attentive, and helpful, and they finish the job with attention to aesthetics. They leave the house clean. They're kind, polite, and empathetic, as well as friendly—qualities that are refreshing when you welcome technicians into your home. Prices are average, but even if you spend a little more, it would be money well spent. Furthermore, if necessary, Antonio is reachable via WhatsApp and always responds. What more could you ask for?
