I turned to Adriano almost by chance, after finding a video of him on social media, to develop the false ceiling project for my home. It was a pleasant discovery: it's a shame I hadn't met him sooner. The situation was quite complex, as there were several technical and aesthetic constraints to be met, including the integration of the ducted system and the need to enhance a classic contemporary decor with period elements. I greatly appreciated his ability to listen, his patience, and his attention to detail. He understood my needs, proposing an elegant and functional solution that, despite its simplicity, no one had been able to find before. Furthermore, he provided me with valuable advice on other aspects of the project, such as the construction of the fireplace lining and the enhancement of valuable elements. I wanted to share my excellent experience with this Naples-based studio that oversaw the design of my 54 square meter apartment in Milan. Although the distance might have seemed like an obstacle, they proved incredibly efficient and responsive. They successfully revolutionized the original floor plan, finding a way to enlarge the kitchen and reorganize the spaces in a much more functional way. They also provided me with a new floor plan and a detailed furniture plan that completely transformed the look of the home. What most convinced me was their practical approach: for redoing the electrical system and lighting fixtures, they suggested using designer wall conduits. This was a very useful solution that allowed me to save the existing parquet, avoiding the enormous costs of raising the entire floor. Beyond the creative aspect, they supported me with great precision throughout the bureaucratic process, from managing the CILA (Income Tax Declaration) to the ENEA (Italian National Agency for New Construction) tax recovery procedures. Even though they weren't physically present, communication with the company was constant: they were able to explain and technically resolve any unforeseen issues that arose during the work. Francesca and Adriano are truly a team of serious and well-prepared professionals whom I highly recommend to anyone seeking high-quality advice, regardless of the location of the property.
