A real delicacy.... A unique place..
I contacted the Naples Vomero branch both by phone and email... a very polite and friendly employee answered. I can only say kind words about the helpfulness and kindness shown to me. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the employee who answered me at the Sardinia branch... I don't remember if it was Olbia or Porto Cervo. I clearly remember the arrogance that shone through just reading the email. Unfortunately, they belong to the same company, but in the end, it's the people who make the difference.
Thanks to Agent Anna, who was friendly and helpful, I'm changing my review as there was a mix-up that can happen to anyone.
