My fiancé and I were assisted in purchasing our first home. We were very satisfied; the notary and his team were always available and, above all, efficient. They completed everything quickly, even though it was a complex transaction. I highly recommend him; he's very serious, competent, and also very friendly.
I had the pleasure of working with Notary Ettore Sarluca on a real estate sale and purchase. From our first meeting, I appreciated his high level of legal expertise, great professionalism, and the elegance with which he handles every phase of his work. The entire transaction was handled with precision, clarity, and attention to detail, consistently conveying a sense of security and reliability. A key added value was also the proactive and helpful attitude of his entire staff, always ready to provide prompt clarification and support with the utmost courtesy. It was an extremely positive experience that I would recommend without hesitation to anyone seeking a reliable, competent, and client-focused notary.
Notary Ettore Sar Luca assisted us from the beginning with great patience, precision, and courtesy. What I liked most was his ability to reassure us when all seemed lost! His assistant, Dr. Dalila, was equally helpful. We could communicate with her whenever we needed. She is smart, knowledgeable, and available.
The best notary in Naples, also recommended for international cases
