After installing several air conditioners and boilers at our place, one is now out of gas. The technician comes and suspects a leak that's certainly not our fault, and asks for €200.00 just for the refill. That's approximately €150.00 per hour, plus VAT for labor. Plus, if we want to have the leak investigated—for which they're responsible—it's an additional €350.00 or more... think about it.
