I had to sell a house in the historic center of Naples. I have never encountered two people so cordial, kind, professional, and empathetic. Salvatore Palma handled the difficult negotiation excellently, with effective and concise communication and constant updates on the progress of the deal. Problems had arisen, not with the buyer, who was a friendly person, but we knew from the beginning that we would have to deal with some bureaucratic procedures that would have made us work harder and waste time. Salvatore navigated this lengthy bureaucratic process, due, as mentioned, to the problems we were having, in the best possible way. Gentle, polite, and above all patient, his experience allowed him to foresee any problems before they arose and avoid them by providing appropriate solutions.
