Excellent experience: Efficient and professional equipment allowed us to quickly and easily complete a move using a mechanical arm up to the third floor without a lift. Qualified, friendly, and helpful staff made our half-day a breeze. Efficient processes, clearly tried and tested. Everyone on the team knew exactly what to do, from boxing and packing, to driving cars and vans even in tight spaces, to carefully transporting everything. Nothing was broken, no furniture scratched, everything was carefully stowed away. The entire staff (including Luigi and Mario) also stood out for their human qualities, making themselves available and helping us with other small, useful services, even if not required (e.g., moving the gas cylinder, other similar small tasks). A reliable, punctual, and professional company. Highly recommended.
