In Rome, our car window was smashed in and we got our luggage stolen. The day after we stayed over in Naples and called this carglass partner. Their response was very fast and to the point (we needed a tinted window with a black foil on the inside), and we got an appointment to fix the broken window on the same day. The service was very qualitative and they are super friendly people! After all, we got a 2 year guarantee (Carglass) on the repaired window. My sincere appreciation for helping us out!
A+++ I have visited CARGLASS Partner Wonderfulglass as soon as I arrive in Napoli with a last minute call few minutes before they close the shop. I have been robbed in Rome they broke the quarter back window and stole my suitcases. The professionals at CARGLASS Partner Wonderfulglass they advice me to contact with Carglass Greece at Athens so they cover the damage through insurance because I have already my trouble with the clothes and until the spare glass arrive we have enough time to do it this way. Otherwise I have to pay it from my pocket. After conversation because of the bad area for my damaged car my hotel was (piazza Garibaldi) they offer me to keep the car safe at their shop until it's been repaired. Plus they replace the broken glass with Skoda original!! The installation was perfect and they vacuum clean all the broken glasses from the seat and the floor.
