I would say It is Extremely Recommended For Everything. Huge thanks to Mr. Antonio and Ms. Vanessa C (Customer Service Manager) who delivered excellent service and guidance to install the PCB. I bought the PCB Delonghi Display ECAM23460 and I requested the shipping by FEDEX International to INDONESIA rather than economy shipping that will takes about 30days, I much prefer FEDEX shipping because I need the item as soon as possible for my coffee machine. Finally, I have been installed the PCB for more than a week and it work very well. Once again, thank you very much for your kind assistance and sincere help. Have a great weekend there.

After some email exchange with their customer service in November, I placed the PCB replacement for my faulty Kenwood Sense XL mixer on Dec 11 and received the replacement part just moment ago. Immediate made the replacement and my mixer comes back to life. Yes, it does take quite a while to get the part by was all worth it. I would like the thank their customer service department for their support!

I ordered replacement parts for my juicer. I am in Canada. The soonest I could get the parts were 45 BUSINESS DAYS. The package finally arrived two months after I ordered it. I open it. It’s a jug that doesn’t even fit on the juicer. It’s not the three replacement parts. I spent $30 on just the customs for this. After sending 10 emails back and forth with customer service (the didn’t believe that there wouldn’t be paperwork inside of the shipment) they finally agreed to ship the correct pieces. And I’m like ok. Great. You expedited it? No. It’s another 45 business days!! And I’m like ok. You’ll refund me the $30 because it’s your error? No! That’s a customs fee (even though we take responsibility for the error). So I’m waiting a quarter of a year for the items I bought, and will have to pay $100 more in customs. Just buy the new juicer. And not from this be bs company. EDIT from their response: I complained about the delivery time because i could walk & swim to italy in the 4 months it'll take for my replacement items. i wanted the new items! i would still have to pay for the customs for the incorrect items. to argue this and to only give me $15 when i'm spending closer to +$60 on customs because of your error is poor business. and why only 50% when it was 100% your fault? i would have expected you to expedite the correct shipment as i have already waited so long but no, you sent it on a holiday before actually sending it to me - the only way i can see it taking FORTY FIVE business days. that's insane. do not tell me to read through companies websites prior to ordering when i ordered the CORRECT ITEMS that have still yet to arrive. maybe you guys should double check what you are sending. FUTURE CUSTOMERS - i ordered the items on sept 16, they didn't accept the shipment until a week later (sept 23rd) and it didn't arrive more than one month later. they take TOO LONG to ship it's crazy. i'm not being argumentative i'm just horrified that you guys operate like this in 2025
