I found wonderful materials and interesting suggestions at Nicoletti. Alessandra Corvaia, who was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and experienced, guided me through my choices. I couldn't have asked for more. I highly recommend them!

A very positive experience. The entire staff was completely available to answer any questions we had. A special thanks goes to the salesperson, who supported and advised us in choosing the products that best met our needs. What can I say? Very satisfied!

The store is incredible: large, well-kept, and bright. The selection is very wide. The products tend to be high-end, not the kind you'd find in a mall. For example, the faucets are made of stainless steel, not the kind you'd find at the local hardware store. However, I didn't skimp on bathroom fixtures and faucets, but I did buy Marazzi tiles at a truly excellent price, and my bathroom looks great! I'm very happy.

It's very rare for me to write negative reviews, but this time I want to express my dissatisfaction with this store. First of all, I'd like to point out that one star already gives me too much credit, and if there were a zero rating, that would be the right one. The atmosphere is sophisticated and the selection of materials is vast. The staff, while qualified, is overly arrogant and unfriendly toward customers, lacking in salesmanship and especially in dealing with customer requests. If I had to offer any advice, I'd recommend taking a sales training course, because you wouldn't even be able to sell a nail. Quality materials, but with inflated prices beyond the market. There's much more I could say, but I'll stop here. P.S. I OBVIOUSLY PURCHASED THE TILES ELSEWHERE, WHERE THEY KNOW HOW TO DO THEIR BUSINESS.
