Overall, a positive experience. The sales service was good: the staff proved competent, helpful, and able to provide advice even for more complex technical requests. The product range is truly extensive, which is certainly one of the company's strengths. The only less positive aspect was the organization when I visited: there were only two sales staff present, and there was a certain amount of waiting. This was also due to the fact that many customers are professionals who place complex orders, often with numerous products and requiring technical support, which inevitably takes more time. Despite this, the experience remains positive, and I recommend the company for the quality of service and the expertise of the staff.
