Unwilling to negotiate prices, and sales staff who seemed uninterested in closing a deal, I turned to another Daikin center, which saved me more than 20% compared to this company's quote. My advice is to carefully check the offers, comparing them with those of other Daikin centers in Palermo.

Starting with Ms. Virginia Scalesse, who, with a few precise questions about the type of apartment, orientation, floor, and needs, was able to recommend a range of air conditioning options and suggest the most cost-effective one, moving on to the company owner who conducted the inspection, and ending with the two technicians who installed and tested the two Daikin units we selected. We felt informed and supported by this company at every stage. The five-hour installation was a pleasant experience, especially considering my family's specific needs, which were taken into account by the professional and courteous technicians. Equipped with every necessary tool, they installed the two indoor units and the outdoor unit with the cleanest possible cleanliness, minimal ductwork, and attention to every detail, not least protecting the short section of pipes and cables between the balcony wall and the outdoor unit with heat-reflecting tape. Each step and chosen solution was explained by the technicians. Should we need to install more air conditioners, we will turn to this company again with absolute confidence.
