I've known the company for almost 30 years, and this isn't the first time I've used them. Besides having excellent products at competitive prices, they also provide a service that, this time, was truly crucial to the feasibility of the job, something other companies don't provide. What can I say? 5 well-deserved stars.
Positive experience. We requested and received doors identical to a photo we sent to the company. The design we liked was faithfully reproduced, and we even had the opportunity to view the prototype in the workshop. The entire sales staff was helpful and courteous. The doors were excellently made. Highly recommended!
Excellent experience with D'Amico, especially the courtesy and kindness of Ms. Veronica, who, in addition to having excellent management skills, also has excellent customer service skills. Mr. D'Amico was amazing, where a small disagreement turned into a very pleasant meeting during the assembly phase! Giovanni (Giangi) and Maurizio were excellent in assembly, cleanliness, and efficiency! We highly recommend them because if I had to rate them value for money, I'd give them a 10!! My experience was beyond positive. When we arrived at the showroom, we were greeted by Simona and Alessandra, two girls who immediately put us at ease and, not to be underestimated, gave our little one paper and crayons so we could talk in complete peace 😅🤣❤️. They explained all the products perfectly. I'd like to point out that we bought doors, window frames, and a security door from them. Everything was assembled to perfection by workers who took care and paid attention to even the smallest details. What can I say? Highly recommended company! Excellent value for money. All the products weigh like boulders 🤣. The quality is visible and felt! We decided to have all the doors in our house made here, and the results were beyond positive. The wait between design and construction was long, but the wait was definitely worth it. The quality of the materials and the beauty of the design make everything absolutely exceptional and elegant. We were welcomed from our first meeting by the kind, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. The installation crew was very prompt and did a perfect job. A special thanks to Alessandra. The gift was much appreciated!
