I contacted him on his cell phone for a quote for an intercom system, telling me to send a note on WhatsApp. I called back a couple of days later, where he confirmed the request on his phone number, and he replied that he would get back to me as soon as possible regarding the inspection. The scam has now reached 39 days of waiting, and considering that I have noted my address, which is not far from his office, at this point, if he hasn't deleted the number and message, it's best he doesn't call and doesn't make any excuses. I would advise him, with dignity, since he also indicates H24, to behave like a serious person with users. A very negative experience! Rating -0.

If you're looking for a "similarly professional" technician who can handle things for a fraction of the price, don't dial this number! If you need to schedule a serious repair or have an electrical emergency, even at night, I highly recommend calling this company. Mr. Angelo's business card, which he gave me during a previous service, has come in handy years later: he's kind, helpful, and attentive. Although his work wasn't entirely effective in this case (due to the need for another type of work), he explained what to do and how to proceed, and within a few hours I had my electrical and plumbing problems resolved.
Totally inexplicable behavior. He inspected my home promptly and professionally. Then, nothing. He literally disappeared without ever giving me a quote or verbally communicating the costs, even for labor alone, even though the estimated timeframe had passed. Most importantly, he never even responded to the text messages I sent him, which were delivered and read as per the receipt. Therefore, judgment is possibly suspended pending changes.
