I call to have some informations and the lady on the phone was extremely rude she literally hang up on me on the phone, it’s a shame.
Very rude, don’t bother trying to go to this gym and pay for a day pass if you’re visiting Palermo. They won’t let you in without and Italian health card. Something no tourist will have. Save time and just go to a better gym nearly like the virgin active who aren’t rude nor deny you entry as a visitor. They were lovely and let me train at a much better gym.
This is by far the best gym in Palermo. The staff is super cool and friendly. Tons of equipment. You can get lost in this place it's so big.
