Excellent experience. In short: impeccable work, great workers, experts in their field, and extremely helpful. In detail: I regain possession of my property, which had been returned in pitiful condition by the previous tenants: cockroaches, encrusted and clogged toilets, cobwebs and various insect infestations on the walls and ceiling, grease accumulated on the walls and kitchen floor, and garbage and other unsatisfactory items piled in bags on the floor. Armed with all the necessary tools and products suitable for the types of surfaces they would encounter, the house was returned to its original condition, sanitized, and made ready for use in a timely manner. Cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, toilets, fixtures, and balcony, sanitization, and waste removal, all at an excellent quality-price ratio. Another special mention goes to those who promptly answered the phone calls, explaining what work could be done, how, and finding a suitable date for the work as quickly as possible.
