Terrible experience with Airnova – a company that is not serious and should be avoided. Incorrect service, misleading communication. I strongly advise against it. I called for a 501 error on my Chaffoteaux boiler. I was told that the cost for an intervention was €50, while for a complete maintenance it would have been €80 and that I would have evaluated and chosen with the technician on site whether to do the simple intervention or upgrade the service to maintenance. The technician arrives, unscrews only the siphon cap, drops the dirt and says that the intervention is complete. I point out that the internal drain should also be cleaned, but they tell me that that is “maintenance” and costs another €80. I object that I had been clearly told on the phone: €80 for complete maintenance, not 50 + 80. I could have opened a tap myself. In the end, after a fake discount, I pay €110 for a simple cleaning operation that should have been included in a single rate. The whole thing lasted about 15/20 minutes. No boiler filter replaced or cleaned, and even the polyphosphate filter refill that I had prepared for replacement disappeared. I will also report the incident to Chaffoteaux and Altroconsumo. Furthermore, for this incorrectness they lost the customer for future maintenance, also not a smart move.

I had a boiler breakdown in the early hours of the morning. I contacted them at 8:00 a.m., and they were at my house by 9:00 a.m. to fix the problem. Thanks to the prompt and professional service of Gaspare and Franceschino, the problem was resolved immediately. They also made themselves available if the boiler had any further problems. Efficient, friendly, and professional service. What can I say? Well done. I recommend them and, of course, I can only give them 5 stars.
