I had a problem with my boiler. It was constantly going into protection mode. Mr. Donato promptly sent me his technician (Mr. Francesco), who fixed the problem. I highly recommend them; the staff is friendly, kind, and qualified. I highly recommend them.
I've known Ivan Donato's Due D Impianti since 2011. After consulting with several companies, I contacted them. Mr. Donato came to inspect my property, and after speaking with him, I learned he's very competent and reliable. That year, they installed my boiler and radiators, and I also entrusted them with routine maintenance. In 15 years, I've had virtually no problems. Only recently, due to an error of mine, did they require their intervention, and I only paid for the replacement part. Overall, I have to say that I find the routine maintenance I entrusted to Due D to be worth it. By paying the annual fee (like with all companies), I get safety, routine boiler maintenance, and benefits for extraordinary work. Maintenance is also performed by Mr. Francesco and Mr. Gigi, who are both competent, honest, and 100% honest, as well as friendly and helpful. My review covers 15 years of experience, which is why I wouldn't trade this company for any other.

Mr. Donato Ivan solved my problem in 15 days. The company is very serious and professional, the owner is very helpful and professional, and very fair in his prices.
