I purchased a living room set from Vivai Egitto with a 40% discount. Unfortunately, after a few months, quality issues arose (the weaves were coming unstuck and the structure was unstable), so much so that the entire set was unusable despite having been kept protected. The initial experience was therefore disappointing. However, I must emphasize that, after my review, I was contacted directly by the owner, who proved very helpful. They offered me a new solution with the option of purchasing a replacement set at favorable terms, a sign of customer care and a willingness to make amends. For this reason, I'm updating my review: I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the first product, but the company's response and the professionalism they demonstrated certainly deserve positive recognition.

Every detail was curated with elegance and refinement: from the church decor to my stunning bouquet, right down to the reception hall. Everything exuded harmony and beauty. With the delicacy and sensitivity of Erica and Antonino, the professionalism of the entire staff, and Agata's wonderful supervision, Gitto Garden made our dreams come true. The flowers, besides being stunning, held up impeccably, so much so that many of our guests took them home as mementos of the day. We had no hesitation in choosing them—thank you!
