I should avoid the services of notary Valerio Bonomo. For a purchase and sale transaction that would have cost between €3,000 and €3,500 at other notary offices, he charged me €6,400. He also lost my tax certificate, claiming he had never seen it. Total lack of professionalism!

Over the past twenty-five years of my career, I've met a large number of notaries operating in the province of Palermo. There are several excellent professionals in the field, but for the past ten years, I've been relying on Studio NF Notai for my transactions (sales, company incorporations, etc.), and in particular, I rely on Notary Valerio Bonomo. A true champion!
The notary, whose name I won't mention, was initially very helpful. However, when I asked for a proofreading before signing, following the corrections made to the draft document, the notary was initially offended and then immediately became impatient, making me very uncomfortable.
