Highly recommended. We were kindly assisted by Mr Fernandez in our property acquisition in Palermo. Mr Fernandez is fluent in English (studied in London) and acted an excellent and very professional guide and translator of the Italian real estate due diligence and acquisition process. Mr Fernandez’s fee structure is very transparent and fair. Mr Fernandez also represented us directly in negotiations with the real estate agent and really went for the extra mile.

Quando sono arrivato all appuntamento per portare i documenti, mi ha cambiato il prezzo da 2000 a 3000 e mi ha fatto entrare con 40 minuti di ritardo. Poca serietá
