Called on a Sunday because of a damaged hose, I received a diagnosis and a quote for the repair within minutes (making a video of the fault to send to the person who comes to the house helps better determine the cause). Within half an hour, the plumber was there to fix the problem, and in about half an hour, the problem was fixed. Courtesy, kindness, speed, and a friendly atmosphere during the home visit—a more than deserved 5 stars.

He arrived early the next morning and immediately fixed the problem, requesting a reasonable fee, without taking advantage of the fact that it was a Saturday, the May 1st long weekend.
