Elegant apartment located in front of Palazzo Abatellis (museum), at the edge between the historical city center and the city see-side. At walking distance there are also cosy restaurant and typical bars. Inside there are furniture of design and various art books. the bad is very confortable. The plus is a littel balcony with see view
Although the neighborhood is quite noisy, I would still give the highest rating because of the overall experience. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, located in a nice building in the city center. It is spacious and well equipped with everything you might need. The only minor issue is that the master bedroom is located in a gallery on the second level. This gallery is an attic space with a low ceiling, so please be careful if you are tall or have limited mobility. The stair treads are also quite high. The beds are comfortable, and each room in the apartment is spacious. There is also a very large terrace, which is a big plus. The apartment has a dishwasher and a washing machine. The washing machine is a bit old and could be replaced, but it is still usable. When we arrived, Martina was very helpful, provided all the necessary information, and kindly accepted our early arrival—thank you very much, Martina! Upon departure, we were also allowed to leave our luggage for a couple of hours after check-out, which was very convenient. The entire apartment was clean and neat, and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine in the fridge—excellent touch. The bus station is just a 2-minute walk away, the main city attractions are within walking distance, and there is a grocery store right across from the main entrance. If I return to Palermo, I will definitely choose this apartment again!
The Buffa Terrace apartment at 16 Via Nuova Buffa is an excellent choice for anyone who wants to stay next to a shop and close to the famous Mondello beach (about 10-minute walk), and a bus stop from where it is easy to reach central Palermo. The apartment is spacious and has a big terrace overshadowed by a wonderful exotic tree. There is everything there to make your stay comfortable - from bathroom items and kitchenware to a reliable wi-fi connection, a TV set with access to internet, comfortable beds, etc. Microwave is the only thing missing for those who use it on a regular basis. The location was excellent, with a beautiful and unforgettable sea view. I highly recommend this place and would be happy to return in the future. The apartment was very clean and tastefully furnished.
La Carla Terrace is a great space! The apartment is ideally located, central (10 to 20 minutes) to the main tourist attractions. It’s a stylish place to come back to at the end of a busy day, with one balcony off the lounge and two terraces off the bedroom. The views from the front terrace and bathroom are fabulous! Well equipped place with everything you need. Although the deck chairs are old/weathered and could do with being replaced. No elevator thou and located up 75 steps so not practical for those with mobility issues but fine for us! Our host Martina was very helpful and friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay.
