I am a serious foreign investor willing to fly internationally to view the property. The treatment I received was cold, rigid, and almost discriminatory—simply because I am not Italian. The agency imposed a single visit date (May 14th) as an absolute condition for making an offer. No alternatives, no flexibility, not even for someone coming from abroad. They claimed this was "treating everyone equally," but in reality, it’s a system that punishes anyone who doesn’t live nearby. What if someone is abroad, sick, or professionally unavailable? They’re simply excluded. Is this your idea of fairness? When I asked for a reasonable solution, the agent responded with arrogance—and even legal threats—just because I said I would publicly denounce their behavior. Moreover, no one at the agency speaks acceptable English—an incredible fact for a real estate agency operating in a market that attracts foreign investors. And most importantly: they provided false and misleading information about the legal status of the property, clearly trying to conceal serious irregularities. Only thanks to my insistence did I uncover issues that could block the sale. This is a non-transparent behavior, bordering on fraud. I strongly advise anyone—Italian or foreign—not to deal with this agency. You risk being misled, disrespected, and poorly treated if you’re not part of their “inner circle.” If I had been Italian, the deal would probably already be done. An absolute disgrace.

Wow I have to say a massive thank you to Yassine who went above and beyond to assist me and my family. He made our dream come true and we are so forever grateful. I cannot praise the company enough for their outstanding dedication and hard work to pleasing their customers. I am so happy to have found a legitimate business that is worthy of trusting.
