I had a grear experience with New Look House and Salvo! I needed to rent an apartment, and was anxious on how it will go, as I am not from Italy but everything was very transparent fast and honest.
We are dealing with agents in Sicily since almost a year (mostly to buy), and this is the first time we got quick responses, transparency, eagerness to get the deal done. After a year we almost got used to agents that barely reply, and have no interest in selling for real. On top of their professionality, our agent (Salvo) speaks English (which is also extremely rare at least in the area we are trying to buy a house) and he is extremely kind and available, while being very direct. We just rented an amazing place through them and I hope perhaps they could help us finding our dream home here in Sicily! Can't say enough words to express how happy we have been with them!

I did not fully understand the process here in Sicily, Italy, and have never been in Palermo before.
