Serena was key to the purchase of our dream holiday home in Trapani, Sicily. We went on many different journey's with different properties as our ideas culminated into the home we now have and are looking forward so much to enjoying. With no Italian language skills then Serena was essential for me especially with differences between buying in the UK and Italy. You can read many conflicting opinions on whether you do or don't need a lawyer in the Italian property buying process, but take it from someone who has been through it, you do.
